Sarah Thiele is origionally from Pedro Bay, Alaska. She creates waterolors and paintings that showcase the landscapes around her. According to Sarah, "We are the stewards of the land and the water, (we are the Tulchina water clan))it is our duty to make sure the salmon are protected for the Dena’ina (and others) now and in the future! Salmon are part of the Dena’ina people….that is who we are!"
