I am the hands and artist of MsAlyeska Crafts! Crafting has been an important part of my life since I was young.
I first started crafting with my late grandmother and mother. Together we worked on countless projects that taught me the importance of our culture. I incorporate my upbringing within my fiber arts through designs that represent Alaskan Animals and popular kids' characters.
I decided to transform my passion into a small business that honors both my family and brings awareness to the importance of handicrafts for mental health.
As a counseling student, I run this small business part-time, and fund it full-time at a local nonprofit mental health agency! My passion is to meet our next generation where they are at, and help them fall in love again with their culture.
