Waqaa! I’m Jermaine Prince Jackson, also known as Saint Jermaine — a music artist, producer, and storyteller who moves between the worlds of music, sports, and culture. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and raised in Anchorage, I carry the strength of my Yup’ik heritage, rooted in the village of Kotlik along the western coast of Alaska.
My creative journey began at just nine years old, writing songs that reflected the rhythm of life around me. In high school, I played the alto saxophone and competed as a multi-sport athlete in basketball, football, wrestling, and track & field, learning discipline and resilience through every challenge. Those experiences later shaped my voice as both a performer and a storyteller.
In March 2025, I released my first EP, and that fall, I performed my first live festival show—two moments that solidified my path as an artist. I’m a 2025 graduate of the University of Washington’s Audio Production program, where I refined my craft in sound design, music production, and performance.
Today, I lead Saint Jermaine Productions and Affirmation Anthems, using music as a bridge for empowerment, healing, and cultural pride. As a host and producer at Daybreak Star Radio, I bring my background as a former D-1 athlete and amateur boxer into the world of sports broadcasting, highlighting Indigenous excellence and athletic stories that inspire.
Through every beat, lyric, and broadcast, I strive to connect cultures, celebrate resilience, and create music that uplifts the spirit — because to me, sound is medicine, and storytelling is legacy.
